– Merchize applies DTG printing for 2D cotton products (T Shirt 2D) and PET printing for 2D felt products (Hoodie 2D, Sweatshirt 2D). These printing technologies are different, which leads to differences in color with the same design.
– Gradient artwork in 2D felt products after printing will be different in comparison to the mockup.
– Felt product is vacuumed to be kept from mold and dust as well as protected well during the delivery process. Therefore, it will be slightly wrinkled and thin when the cover is opened. Washing and ironing, exactly as the instructions as below, will help free of wrinkles.

Iron the inside, not the outside. Don’t iron on the printed area.

We accept PNG files of the only following size: 4200x4800px at 300 DPI (14×16 inches)
For other dimensions: 4500x5400px, 2400x3000px, 2100x2400px, 2400x3200px, we can still print your design and try to make it biggest possible but we won’t be liable for any issues in the end product about small artwork file.
